Customer's have a 14 day period in which they can return goods to us, no questions asked. If they have exceeded this period but the item is faulty then we will still accept returns based on the following criteria:
Within 30 days - send pre-paid returns slip. If VIP customer then offer 10% discount voucher too as goodwill gesture
With 90 days - ask customer to send item in or bring to store so item can be checked.
Beyond 90 days, but before 120 days - only accept returns that are brought back to store for checking.
