Exclusions
X-CARE packages do not cover the following:
- Products repaired at an unauthorized service center
- Damage caused by international breakage
- Malfunction caused by misuse, international negligence, improper settings, improper installation or use of incompatible accessories
- Product with changed, manipulated, or completely removed serial numbers
- Accessories included with the product are not coverded
- Routine maintenance and cleaning are not included in the packages
- Personal data loss and software curruption are not covered
How to Apply
- In the event of a defect or damage (refer to packages), the customer must take the product to the manufacturer's service center or an authorized service center with the original purchase invoice for the product.
- In the event of an international warranty claim, the customer shall contact the autorized service center in the country concerned, provided that the customer keeps the repair invoice and submits the compensation request upon his return to the authorized service center.
